Rabbi Anna Meyers Burke to lead Hillel at Miami’s High Holiday services.
We are so thrilled to be welcoming back Rabbi Anna Meyers Burke to Hillel at Miami for this year’s High Holiday season!
Rabbi Anna Meyers Burke was raised in Rhode Island and received her B.A. in Jewish Studies at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. At the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, she earned her M.A. in Jewish Education in 2021 and was recently ordained as a rabbi in May. While completing her rabbinic studies, Rabbi Burke served as a Rabbinic Educator for Hillel at Miami University and held the position of Cincinnati Manager for the Jewish Fertility Foundation. She currently serves as the Director of Young Family Engagement at Wise Temple in Cincinnati, where she will also be launching and directing a new after-school program this fall. Rabbi Burke is thrilled to be returning to lead High Holy Day services for the Hillel at Miami University community for the fourth time!

Our Jewish Life student leadership team will be working in partnership with Rabbi Burke and our Director of Programming and Student Leadership, Katie Spector, in order to build creative and engaging programs to compliment all of our service options.
