Hillel Family Weekend Hosting (or Bed & Breakfast)

Need a place to stay during Family Weekend? Members of the Oxford Jewish Community have generously offered to host you in their homes! The cost is $100 per night for a single bed and/or $175 per night for a double bed (all paid directly to Hillel). All proceeds benefit the Hillel Foundation at Miami University.

Here are the details: You will be the guest(s) of a Jewish family living in Oxford. Ellen Weisman - a wonderful Oxford Community Volunteer - will be matching you with families based on your needs and the space each family has available. She will do this as soon as possible, but it will take time. Please email Ellen (see below) if your needs change after you make a request. Once we have matched you, we will collect payment and your reservation will be “confirmed”. We cannot guarantee any request until we receive payment. If you need to cancel your confirmed reservation, Hillel will be happy to refund your payment minus a $25 deposit.

Note - new this year - several guests in the past have declined breakfasting with their host families so they can eat elsewhere with their student (very understandable). To help our hosts plan their weekend, please indicate (under preferences - see the form below) if you want to eat a continental breakfast with your host family. If so, let us know which day(s) you will be joining them for breakfast and if you keep kosher.
