IMPORTANT PASSOVER INFORMATION!!!
|

|
- Shriver Center on Monday, March 29th
at 6pm.
- Passover Seder tickets will be
FREE for all Miami Students!! However, you do need a ticket.
- Tickets
will be available at the Shriver Center soon
- If you can't wait,
you can sign up in person at the Hillel Center or by emailing (the name
and @muohio.edu email address of each student who wants a ticket) to
Bonnie at
admin@muhillel.org.
- Kosher
for Passover Meals
- We will have Kosher for Passover food in the
kitchen of the Hillel Center - for all students who need it - with
dinner served at 6pm each day.
- If you have further questions, please
email Bonnie at
admin@muhillel.org
and please be patient about getting a response (it will take a week to
answer all but the most basic questions - but I will answer them - I
promise!).

Jewish Women at Miami:
Confronting the Pressure, Celebrating Our Power

Presented by: Hillel at Miami University and the Women's Center
Miami University Jewish women of all backgrounds (culturally,
ethnically, or religiously identified) are warmly invited to join one
another for dessert and discussion about:
-
The pressures women face in our society and on Miami's campus.
- Ways Judaism can help us form positive self-concepts and transform the way we view ourselves.
- How Judaism can speak to other relevant issues such as body
image, relationships, work/life balance, goal-setting etc. that we face
daily.
We'll study some ancient and contemporary Jewish texts written by
women, share our personal histories and experiences & see how it
all comes together!
Homemade desserts provided!
