DAC Meeting/Free Lunch
 
On Monday Oct. 26 at 7pm, AJS' Diversity Affairs Council representative, Sarah Schreiber, will be attending the monthly DAC meeting. If you have any concerns relating to diversity on campus, Jewish related or not, email her at schreism@muohio.edu and she will bring them up at the meeting.

On November 10 from 11:30am -1:30 pm, DAC will be hosting MIXITUP, a free lunch/discussion in the Great Room (MacMillan.) E-mail Eloiza Domingo-Snyder (dominge@muohio.edu) for a coupon in order to attend.
Blanket Buddies
Blanket Buddies will meet this Thursday at 7pm. We make simple quilts for sick children at Cinncinati's Ronald McDonald House. Come help out and enjoy our two new sewing machines! No sewing experience necessary. for more information, join the facebook group "Miami Univeristy (of Ohio) Blanket Buddies."
 
Halloween Bake Sale!
AJS will be having a bake sale on Halloween (Oct. 31) from 9-2 at the Phi Delt gates. Email Eric (gersones@muohio.edu)  if you would like to help out. We need people to bake items and also man the table. All proceeds will go to College Corner Clinic in  College Corner, Indiana, which provides free care to those in need.

Study Abroad Sprint Course
IDS 156 is a new course for MUOHIO students who have returned from study abroad and want to examine, reflect upon, and evaluate their study abroad experiences. 
This sprint course, which starts on January 12 and ends on March 3, will meet on Tuesdays at 5:00 -6:50 p.m.
The instructor is Jacqueline Rioja, assistant director of the Center for American and World Cultures.
