Pledge An Hour- Help Volunteer to Repair the World
One of our donors was so inspired by our efforts that she offered a challenge grant, giving Hillel's Tzedek program $1 for every new person who volunteers through our Pledge an Hour campaign, up to $10,000.
The goal of this campaign is to help repair the world by encouraging people to volunteer some time, making a difference in their community or in the world. It doesn't take much, whether you spend an hour changing light bulbs in your home to eco-friendly ones, or visit the sick in the hospital.
And now, giving just an hour of your time can help fund some of Hillel's social justice activities on campus.
For more information, visit Pledge An Hour HERE!

Society for Humanistic Judaism Conclave
This will be held in Chicago, IL March 16-18, 2007 . The cost is $180 not including transportation. Registration is open now and will continue through February 9th. For more information email AJ Chalom or Society for Humanistic Jews or call 248-478-7610. For additional convention information visit shj.org

Intern at the Jewish Women's Archive
Interested in delving into Jewish women's history? Know of others who are? JWA's summer internship program offers a dynamic opportunity for students to conduct research, contribute to online collecting projects, and learn about the richness of chronicling Jewish women's history in a friendly, stimulating environment.

Summer interns will work a minimum of 24 hours per week for at least 6 weeks between June 1 and August 15. Though all of our internships are unpaid, interns may be able to receive funding or course credit for their work at JWA through their colleges and universities.

To apply for an internship, please submit a cover letter, a resume, the names and contact information for 2 references, and a relevant writing sample (10 pages or less) to:
email (preferred) or by fax: 617-975-0109
Snail-mail: Stephen Benson, Jewish Women's Archive, 138 Harvard St., Brookline, MA 02446

Deadline: Applications must be received by Friday, April 6th. (Those interns requiring earlier consideration for stipend deadlines should submit by the appropriate deadline and let us know the date that a response is required.) Applications received after this date will be considered on a rolling basis. If you e-mail your application, you will receive an automated response confirming that we have received it.
