Jewish Dorm Activity Programmers
Want to be a
J-DAP
Jewish Dorm Activity Programmers or J-DAPs are
individuals who create exciting, innovating programs
in the dorms once monthly. Each J-DAP works with the
RA system in their assigned halls and a Hillel
supervisor (currently the JCSC Fellow Zarra Keith)
to develop a Jewish presence in the residence halls.
The programmers are chosen from qualified
undergraduates who have attained at least a sophmore
standing. Programs respond to the needs of the
particular residence halls and are open to the
entire community. Programs may include an
intercultural coffee house, a trip to a Jewish play,
latke making, a Shabbat program, or anything which
the J-DAP and supervisor find to be appropriately
engaging.
Click the link to access the J-DAP application. The
application must be submitted via email to Zarra
(fellow@muhillel.org) by Friday, September 15, 2006
at 5 pm. Email Zarra with any questions.
