Visit with the Elderly at Cedar Village
Need Volunteer
Hours?
Come volunteer with us at Cedar
Village, a Jewish retirement home in Mason, on
Sunday, March 26th from 1-4:30pm. We will visit
with the residents and participate in activities.
Amy will sign any form you may need to validate your
hours for your organization, or just come for fun!
You must RSVP for this program, and drivers are

school - you're correct if you said he didn't go to
Duke [which he likes to spell Dook].)
March Madness
Pool
Attention Miami Students... In less than two weeks,
the Men's Division 1 College Basketball Tournament
is beginning. This year, Hillel will be having a
pool for the tournament. The tournament starts on
Thursday March 16, 2006. There is no fee required or
accepted to
enter this pool and the winners will receive gift
certificates to shops uptown. Please check
the Hillel website for up-to-date announcements. If

Egypt by Andre Aciman Monday, March 6th at 7
pm at Lane Library, snacks provided. Discussion

NUJLS Queer Jewish Student Conference 2006
|
|
|
Conference
NUJLS is a group of college students, alumni, and
other young people from across North America and
around the world who, since 1998, have held an
annual conference on issues negotiated by Jewish
LGBTIQQ communities. The annual NUJLS Conference is
taking place this year at Wesleyan University in
Middletown, Connecticut between March 31st and April
2nd. The conference registration fee is $80, but
scholarships are readily available. Additionally,
NUJLS is pleased to offer travel subsidies to those
in need and housing for all conference attendees.
