ASSOCIATION OF JEWISH STUDENT (AJS) ELECTIONS: Save the date! Elections for the Executive Board of the AJS will take place on Wednesday, December 3 at 8:00 pm. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: There are a group of Holocaust Survivors who could use some company but do not like to say that they are "being visited". Jewish Family Service of Cincinnati is coordinating volunteers who are interested in making short visits to some of these people, bringing them something sweet to eat, and just saying Shabbat Shalom. Volunteers could travel together from Oxford to Cincinnati once or twice a month. E-mail muhillel@muhillel.org if you are interested in participating in this important project.
CONCERTS AND CONFERENCES:
Seeds of the Sun, the renowned Israeli Jazz Ensemble, returns to Cincinnati for a concert at Rockdale Temple on Sunday, October 26 at 7:30 pm. The concert is FREE. Contact muhillel@muhillel.org if you are interested in attending.
