Tzedek (Social Action)

Each fall we participate in a program entitled “Pledge a Meal.” Below is the information from this past year's campaign.

PLEDGE A MEAL 2006 - Just click your mouse to make a difference!
From now until November 10th, you can go on-line and donate the equivalent of one dinner from your university meal plan.  All money raised will go to local foodbanks!  Our goal is to collect "2006 pledges in 2006" so do your part and pledge a meal today!  Go to www.muohio.edu/myaccount to login and pledge!

Anyone who does not have a MU meal plan and wishes to contribute to Pledge A Meal 2006 may donate through Hillel (please write Pledge a Meal on the check memo line or indicate as such when bringing a cash donation).

PLEDGE A MEAL 2006- Do more than pledge...volunteer!
Volunteers are needed to sit at tables and pass out paper pledge cards for Pledge-A-Meal 2006.  Paper pledges will be handed out the week of October 30th at various Dining Hall locations.  Contact Lauren at sperola@muohio.edu if you are interested in helping!
