Jewish Learning

Exciting Study Opportunities at Hillel in the Upcoming Year!

This year we are pleased to announce that - in addition to continuing the Discovering Judaism (DJ) series taught by representatives of the Kollel of Cincinnati - our Director and Rabbinic Intern, Amy Greenbaum, will also be offering a series of engaging opportunities to begin or expand your Jewish learning.

Here's what the classes have to offer:

- A safe and open environment where you can bring your questions and curiosities.
- A spirit of welcoming where you can feel comfortable bringing your friends and/or your significant others! Those who are not Jewish are ALWAYS welcome at Hillel programming.
- A place that welcomes a wide variety of viewpoints, and encourages debate - and even respectful disagreement!
- A place that wants to hear from YOU - regardless of your level of Jewish knowledge or observance.

Our Sunday afternoon classes are going to be more “issues-oriented”. We'll try to go 'in-depth' during the time provided to discuss what Judaism has to say about one particular subject. Some of the subjects are a bit controversial - so bring your opinions, but come open-minded to hear what your fellow students have to say about it too! Suggest a topic via email at director@muhillel.org.
