"The Line" is a documentary that explores sexuality, consenet and the sexual contract today. Nancy writes, "My own experience with sexual violence is the point of departure for this exploration. Young women grow up in a world of constantly shifting sexual norms. As old taboos yeild to new opportunities there ahs been every greater sexual freedom for women. But the new freedom has also created new dangers....I am exploring the edges and nuiances of consent and look at risk in sexual relationships."

"Janem, Janem" 105 minutes. It is a psychological drama set in Israel during the intifada and follows a middle class school teacher and a stressed out combat veteran facing a marital crisis. Instead of this war vet taking his wifes advice to visit Paris, he disappears, going incognito on a journey in his own country--Israel. In Tel Aviv, he joins the seamy underground world of paperless but colorful Turkish and Romanian foreign workers, pretending to be one of them. This identity quest with its dramatic twists and turns in a politically divided Israel is heartbreaking, compelling, and provocative.
